Terms & Service Policy

These terms outline the conditions under which Greg’s Landscape provides landscape maintenance and related services. By engaging our services, you agree to the principles and conditions set out below.

1. Scope of Services

Services are limited strictly to the scope agreed prior to commencement. Standard maintenance typically includes grass cutting, edging, light trimming, and site tidying. Additional works such as heavy clearing, large debris removal, planting, irrigation repairs, pest control, structural modifications, or construction-related tasks must be discussed and agreed separately in writing. Any work outside the agreed scope may result in revised pricing or rescheduling.

2. Scheduling & Access

Recurring services follow an agreed frequency (weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or as arranged). Clients are responsible for ensuring safe, unobstructed, and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is restricted, unsafe, or denied upon arrival, the visit may be considered fulfilled for scheduling purposes. We reserve the right to reschedule services where access or safety conditions are not adequate.

3. Weather Conditions

Services may be postponed in the event of heavy rainfall, storms, or unsafe working conditions. Rescheduling will be arranged at the earliest reasonable opportunity, subject to operational capacity and weather patterns.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be communicated prior to service commencement. For certain projects or first-time engagements, a deposit may be required to confirm scheduling and resource allocation. Recurring services may be billed monthly or per visit, as agreed. Late payments may result in temporary suspension of services until outstanding balances are settled.

5. Cancellations & Adjustments

Cancellations should be communicated with reasonable notice. For recurring arrangements, occasional adjustments may be accommodated where practical. Repeated last-minute cancellations or ongoing access restrictions may result in revised scheduling terms. Deposits for confirmed project works may be non-refundable where resources have been allocated.

6. Property Condition & Risk

Clients are responsible for informing us of hazards, concealed utilities, fragile features, underground installations, irrigation lines, or any known structural weaknesses. While reasonable care is exercised during all works, Greg’s Landscape cannot be held liable for pre-existing defects, hidden conditions, or normal wear resulting from standard maintenance equipment.

7. Vacant & Overseas Properties

For remotely managed properties, communication will be maintained as agreed, including optional photographic updates. Clients remain responsible for ensuring legal compliance, access arrangements, and the overall safety condition of the property.

8. Limitation of Liability

Greg’s Landscape’s liability shall be limited to the value of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect loss, consequential damages, weather-related deterioration, pest activity, soil instability, or issues beyond the agreed scope of work.

9. Amendments

These terms may be updated periodically. The most current version will be available on this page and shall apply to future engagements.
